Megan L. Brooks
Megan is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. She graduated from Hamline University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.
Megan enjoys helping people and recognizes that many major life events often involve the law in some way. That is why she focuses her practice in criminal, family, estate planning, small business, and real estate. No matter the issue, Megan fights hard for her clients and their needs.
Megan has experience in both a public defender’s and a prosecutor’s office, giving her unique and more complete insight into the criminal justice system. Not only that, but Megan worked as a paralegal for several years in a mid-size firm that practices in the areas of estate planning and real estate transactions. Since beginning private practice Megan has also worked with small businesses to create employee manuals, collect on small to large outstanding debts, and revamp invoicing practices. She brings those years of experience and the network she has established with her into her practice.
